Let me kick this off with an old Chinese proverb-
Tell me, I’ll forget.
Show me, I may remember.
But involve me, and I’ll understand.
I believe a good, sustainable marriage needs involvement.
We’ve all heard that two heads are better than one, and it’s
reasonable to have the input of both parties in making any serious
decisions. Even if the outcome of their decision is unsuccessful,
blame won’t rest on a single person.
Teamwork can become a useful habit.
